How much does delivery cost?
A: Delivery is free within mainland UK. For international deliveries, please check our rates on the payment page.

 

My order is incomplete, what should I do?
A: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock and warehouses. Do not worry, the remaining items should arrive shortly.

 

I have an issue with my order
A: For any issues with delivery (lost, broken, or damaged parcel), please contact us at contact@insulated-kingdom.co.uk. Please include photos to facilitate the processing of your request.

 

 

CANCELLATION AND RETURN

 

Can I modify my order?
A: You can modify your order up to 4 hours after payment. After this period, the order is processed and can no longer be modified.

 

Can I cancel my order?
A: It is possible to cancel your order. If the order has already been processed, a cancellation fee of 40% of the purchase price will apply.

 

I want to return an item
A: We accept returns in case of a product defect. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

 

My thermos does not meet my expectations
